Easy to use, everything you need is there. The resources list is very useful - the business manager and I wrote a list from this of all the resources we need to fund which enabled her to budget for next year. We love the videos and the fact the plans are all there!

I like that Kapow is very age appropriate in the activities and knowledge. As a school with many ESL learners the focus on vocabulary development is great. The resource list for Kapow Science primary comprises mainly of everyday objects or objects that many schools already have.

There's no instructions on how to physically use the commands in the programs. You have to play around with it and try to figure out what to use and how to use it because there's no instructions on what things are. A brand new novice person that's never used a computer app program before, is struggling to figure out how to use the commands not just which commands to use to make the program work but how to use the commands in the first place. It took us hours to figure out how to use a loop command and put more than one command in it because you have no instructions at all on how to physically move icons and where to put them in order to do a particular function. And then we got no response from your support team when we asked for help.

I've been using for years in elementary school tech class, afterschool programs and - now - in middle school as my primary curriculum. Students love it due to the engaging visuals and challenges that are "challenging" enough for GT students and provide enough support for students as needed.

THe support provided is excellent. The ability to set work and to set the number of questions ad the timeframe to do the work means that you are always able to have the children focusing on either consolidating recent learning. Being able to assess something that was taught previously, and then building in regular practice sessions of previously taught concepts helps the me to plan efficiently for each student and build in the necessary routines to ensure that the children's maths fluency is maintained.

The class engage with the fun factor of the games. The questions are at the level for even non-readers to access. The children look forward to their weekly Sumdog sessions and I can see from the data that my children are making good steps of progress. I like setting regular tasks for children to consolidate prior learning.

Absolutley everyone is fabulous. The team who I work with for any issues or communcation are really helpful and are always happy to assist. The teachers offer extra help and it's always lovely to receive their feedback. I find the leaders are also really great at checking in. I also find that when I give feedback on how to improve systems, this is taken on board. There often are improvements to the system and it's excellent how much Academy 21 has developed in terms of being user friendly.

A21 is an excellent resource for those who struggle to attend school or even enter a school building. This way, they are somewhat in control of their own education and can get back into a routine, within the safety of their own home. This is a great service to use as an educational platform and also as a safeguarding children at home tool

I would recommend EDClass for a number of reasons. The first being the that the customer service team are extremely helpful. No matter which member of the team answers the phone, everyone is always there to help no matter what the query. Genuinely really nice people who are very helpful. Requests are always followed up straight away with no delay which is especially helpful for a school as it is really fast paced and things need to be put in place quickly. The second being the accessibility for staff. The daily attendance alerts you receive via email and text mean that you don't have to make time to look at student attendance on the account. This is helpful for me as I have such a busy schedule and don't have time to look everyday.
