The platform operates in the cloud, all a user requires is an internet connection and a device to view the website.
Set up takes as little as 5 minutes, a full hour long onboarding call with our Customer Support team is provided.
- All schools receive an hour long live onboarding call with a Customer Success Manager to walk them through the software and answer any questions they may have,
- A dedicated Account Manager can be contacted to provide additional 1:1 training sessions as required.

- Online Help Centre: Provides access to a wide range of support materials, including articles, guides, and video tutorials.
- Dedicated Account Management: Each school is assigned a named account manager who provides ongoing support, and training.
