What is Sisra Observe?
Observe is a web-based service where you can record any type of observation, self-evaluation, CPD and appraisal all in one place, increasing consistency and greatly reducing administration time. Analysis is done for you and presented in easy-to-understand charts and tables, so you can track performance over time and ensure that support is being delivered to the right people at the right time.
You can even include line management meeting minutes, pupil voice, Lesson Study and action research.
Accessible 24/7 from any internet connected device, the service is completely Unique to each school and supports any approach to quality assurance. Designed to be used in Primary, Secondary, and All-through schools, SISRA Observe provides staff at all levels with an up-to-date picture of teaching and learning at their fingertips.

No installation of hardware/software is required, any user set up is done so via an email which contains their username and password.
In the first instance the data manager or data lead at the school would need to input the staff/curriculum information from their MIS system via an export.
To allow for full functionality of the service, a portable device such as a tablet/laptop should be used to conduct any records which are performed.
30 minutes.
Very minimal training, either a quick online session (30 mins) to select members of staff to run through functionality, or we do have user print outs available which show how a record can be started and published so the analysis is available within the reports.
We have a dedicated help section full of guides included a getting started guide which the initial administrator can work through. We also have a support team on hand Monday - Friday 9-5pm.
