  • Management Information System (MIS) Integration:

Almost any Management Information System can be connected to the online Single Central Record. To transfer your staff record to our online single central record, simply enter a new record once in your MIS system and click the button.

  • DBS API Integration:

To automate your DBS checks, our own API links directly with your system. Single Central Record has created a custom API that allows your company to fully automate DBS checks using our system. You can request custom checks for your specific company needs via the API. The appropriate information for each employee is simply entered into the API and delivered directly to Single Central Record. As soon as we obtain the check results, they are promptly pushed back into the API.
