What is Schoolaspect?
Schoolaspect is a web based solution enabling schools to monitor all aspects of school improvement, from evaluation to appraisal. We aim to reduce workload and promote a whole school approach to school improvement.
We are new to EdTech Impact so don't be put off by our lack of reviews - we are currently working hard to build these up. We are a small but well established company, and have schools we can put you in touch with directly if you wish.

Schoolaspect can be used by all school staff, including support staff and governors, and is accessible 24/7 via any internet connected device. Each user has their own easy-to-navigate personalised dashboard, centred around 6 user-friendly modules: Planning, Monitoring, Self Evaluation, Appraisal, Policies and Surveys.

Educational Impact
As Schoolaspect is a web based product, it can be used 24/7 on any device which has an internet connection. Each user requires a username and password. User accounts will be managed in school by your nominated administrator.
Your account can be activated within approximately 30 minutes. The set up time will depend on the size of your school, your processes and which modules you intend to use. We work with you to support your requirements throughout the set up process and and ongoing use.
We pride ourself on our help and support, which is automatically included in your licence fee to ensure you get maximum benefit from your Schoolaspect licence. Training is tailored to your school's requirements and we are always here to help throughout the full term of your licence.
We also have a comprehensive online help area, including a getting started guide.
Our support is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, via phone or email (excluding public holidays). This is available to all school staff who have a user account. Users can also access our comprehensive help area.

This price is based on a typical one form entry primary school (excluding VAT).
We pride ourselves on ensuring every school has full access to Schoolaspect, training and support and software updates with no hidden costs.
We offer a simple pricing plan taking into account your school type and number of pupils. This ensures the cost is fixed, predictable and affordable, even for small schools.
The number of users is unlimited and allows your entire staff workforce and governors to have access. We don’t cap your usage.
There is a small activation fee in the first year. This covers the cost of the initial set-up and the additional training and support applicable to a new licence.
