What is SAMpeople?
SAMpeople provides expert HR templates and resources to monitor and manage HR casework, appraisals, performance management and staff development. It stores historical contract information, multi-week timetables, multi-working patterns and provides a library of model documents and guides.
With SAMpeople you can monitor and manage compliance, recruitment, CPD and training and still benefit from our leading absence management software for education, SAM. All your data is kept in one place with links to existing school data systems to remove duplication. With the employee portal, staff can sign contracts and policies, record expense claims and overtime, as well as request leave and upload evidence. SAMpeople includes:

Set up can be from one week up to 90 days dependent upon the size of the Trust and the amount of data to migrate into the system (and the quality of the data to transfer). We support schools and Trusts to set up workflows based on their own policies and procedures and determine the system settings in line with the school/Trust requirements. Each new client will have an Integration Manager to set up SAMpeople followed by a nominated client relations officer to guide you along the way.
Training videos, webinars and technical support is included within the licence fee.
