Setting up is very straightforward. We can have your Reading Cloud account created quickly. If you are bringing student data over from another system, this will take less than 24 hours. We will support you throughout this journey to make it as hassle-free as possible.
Our team is committed to providing you with the best possible onboarding. Your onboarding journey will start with a project meeting between you and your dedicated Product Specialist to talk over your goals and how you wish to use the platform. Then we’ll create your individual school’s Reading Cloud site and organise up to two onboarding sessions to build your confidence in the basic library management tools and show you how to get the most out of the platform.
Our Customer Support team is committed to providing you with the support you need through multiple channels, including live chat on our website, email, and phone. For those who prefer self-help options, we offer an easy-to-navigate Knowledge Base area, packed with resources for troubleshooting and quick answers.
