What is Reach Best?
Reach Best is an app to help students and counselors research and apply to Universities using AI. Our goal is to facilitate school-wide student initiative by providing AI tools that remove all the knowledge and confidence barriers to ensure University placement success for all your students.
Tens of thousands of students use our app to match with Universities, predict their chances of admission, write their application essays, and much more. Counselors all around the world use our app to have access to a centralised University database, manage student records, and join our community of counselors where we share presentations and other lesson planning resources.
We built Reach Best to help schools transition from human to AI-powered education, and we’re on a mission to help students make decisions confidently and stress-free as they choose and apply to colleges.

Reach Best is a web application in which students, counselors and principals can access it via a web browser. Users may also opt to download Reach Best as a Progressive Web Application (PWA) and run the app locally.
It’s super easy to get started with Reach Best. First, a dedicated representative from Reach Best will create your school organization account and invite the Principals to join. Second, Principals invite all their counselors, teachers and students to join their school organization and make sure everyone accepts the invitation. Third, pair counselors with students and watch the AI companions do the magic and drive student initiative.
Principal and counselor onboarding is included in the pricing. We’ll help you add all your students and counselors to your organization, and send notifications to make sure everyone joins. Once you join Reach Best, you’ll have access to our Counselor Community where we will all be sharing presentations, lesson plans, and other resources that can help all schools elevate their University placement programs.
