What is ParentPay?

ParentPay started out as a modest startup with EdTech, which was designed to simplify school life. Our mission: to start a cashless revolution in schools.

It all started in 2002, when a working parent and former teacher wanted to help their school make life easier for their parents. Solution? The first online payment system for schools in the United Kingdom. And with that, ParentPay was born.

Since then, we have continued to support growth and innovation in schools. And as the cashless revolution continues, we face a new challenge: bridging the communication gap, uniting schools, students and parents.

Today, we’re proud to have helped over 11,000 schools across the UK streamline their operations and improve their parental engagement.

Starts from as little as £1.20 per pupil, plus annual license fee and setup costs. Full quotes will be discussed with your Business Development Manager, based on the needs of your school.
