Nautilus is a school leadership platform that allows you to quickly capture and evaluate daily teaching and learning by performing learning walks, lesson visits, book studies, and surveys with an iPad or tablet. It features integrated photo and video-capture tools to spotlight best practice and curriculum impact, and it uses one-click AI self-evaluation reports to evidence great work that you do. You can also integreate your appraisals directly, avoiding book-ended cycles and pressure points.

We work with primary, secondary, SEND and AP schools nationally and internationally. Our platform has the Ofsted, ISI, BSO, Estyn, KHDA inspection frameworks already integrated. We add any other frameworks subject to request.
Because we're big on collaboration, we do not charge per user. This makes Nautilus perfect for MATS, Trusts, Federations and groups of schools. Add your external partners to your platfrom for joint learning walks, moderation and peer reviews. Create your own observation and monitoring toolkit, share with your partner schools.
Our team is made up of in-house talent from education and software development. We pride ourselves on being able to work closely with our school leaders, listening and developing alongside. We think that this is what makes our little company very special. Our team are also still actively involved in the day to day hustle of school life, working as busy school improvement advisors, SENDcos, senior leaders and teachers.
