ModusOperandi is a great app for everyone learning math, as it provides real feedback on your own solution path.
Compared to other apps it does not solve an exercise for you, but really verifies it
Pros
- easy to use: solve with pen and paper, take a picture, get the verification
- gives explanations, videos and hints when you did a mistake
- capability to send problems to a tutor to get help if needed
- working great on simplifications, equations, integrals, derivatives...
Cons
- some math cannot be analyzed yet, like limits
I can highly recommend the app as it really helps to understand when you have done a mistake.

I`m really happy with this app! You just have to scan your solution, the app analyzes it and shows you instantly your mistakes. In my opinion, by not revealing the answers but supporting you in finding the correct soultion through additional hints, it benefits both students and teachers/parents. Particularly impressive is the fact that the app also offers similar exercises so you can practice more on the type of tasks you`re struggling with. All in all, it`s really easy, intuitiv to use and a great assistance!

I'm actually very impressed by the app. It's really easy to use. Scanning also works without any issues, but you can also type it in if necessary. I also like that similar tasks are suggested. I can only recommend it!

It is a great app to get instant support with math exercises. No need to wait for a teacher or tutor to get a reply and feedback after calculating some exercises for practice.

Most useful math app I've ever seen. Allows students to do their math homework independently without providing solutions. Really helps when someone is struggling with some mistakes and gives very helpful hints on which mistakes were made and how to correct them. Really love this app.

On the one hand, I recommend ModusOperandi to all of my students as it truly helps them to learn by themselves, verify their math and get good feedback. On the other hand I also recommend it to all of my teacher colleagues as it reduces the time I need to spend on verifying math, as only the true problems come up to my desk and minor mistakes are solved by the students themselves. This gives me more time to teach and to focus.
