Once you have completed your training and initial setup, you can start advertising your activities. Some clients have taken as little as 48 hours to go live, but typically it takes between one to three weeks depending on your availability and the time you have to allocate to transitioning your organisation over to the MagicBooking system.
We offer online training through screen-sharing sessions, and can be booked in hourly slots, although we do recommend four hours in total, which is split across two sessions.
After your initial training, our Customer Care team are on-hand to provide assistance with any questions or queries during office hours. Our online help desk enables you to chat with us and raise support tickets, check the current status of any requests and see a record of all previous interactions. In addition, we provide extensive self-serve online resources including bite-size videos and a comprehensive user guide available online 24/7

Please note that, whether you're a club, school, MAT or other, you can CHOOSE to pay monthly or annually, depending on your preference.
For clubs, we offer an affordable subscription of £59 per month, with straightforward card transaction fees. Schools and MATs can choose from individual modules like Wraparound Care, Clubs, or School Dinners, or take advantage of bundled packages that deliver comprehensive functionality at a reduced rate. With card transaction fees as low as 1.5% for bundles, we help our clients minimise processing costs.
We also provide optional add-ons like SMS bundles and branded parent websites, allowing you to customise your platform according to your organisation’s needs. For larger organisations, our volume discount of up to 25% makes MagicBooking an even more cost-effective choice as your business grows.
