What is Little Link?
Little Link is an online screening and intervention package for settings to use with children within Foundation Key Stage 1. The package makes it easy for schools and other early years providers to identify children who may need extra support with understanding, talking and communication.
Standardised online screening, in an enchanting storybook format, identifies children who may be finding aspects of language difficult. Instant reports guide staff towards the most appropriate support.
Packed with ready-to-use communication activities for the whole room and practical resources, Little Link makes language learning fun and accessible. It gives staff the confidence to support communication development, while helping children build the language skills and communication confidence that underpin success in the classroom and beyond.
Recommended Usage
The story-based screening assessment takes around 10 minutes to complete. Activity-based intervention sessions are delivered throughout the whole setting on an ongoing basis using six storybooks with planned play-based activities.

Little Link is easy to set up and use. Staff accounts can be created quickly, and training materials, webinars, and support are available to help schools get up and running. Not specified on the site; setup details for the trial (e.g. account creation, MIS sync, staff training) are not described.

Little Link is sold as an annual subscription per setting. Pricing is £375 +VAT per year, per setting, which includes the printed resources box (six storybooks, session plans/activities, teaching strategies, Learning Logs and posters, worth £120 +VAT) free in the first year, plus unlimited assessments, unlimited users, training, reporting/data tools, and ongoing support/Help Desk access. Small school prices and multi-package discounts are available on request. To purchase, customers must contact the Help Desk directly.
