What is iTRACK?

iTRACK is a flexible, cloud-based pupil tracking system used by schools in the UK and internationally to monitor and improve pupil progress and attainment from Early Years through to secondary. Developed with input from teachers and school leaders, it supports high-quality assessment that is adaptable to the needs of any school.

Schools can use their own curriculum, objectives, and grading systems, making iTRACK fully customisable for different approaches to assessment. It supports formative and summative tracking across all subjects, and its termly and end-of-year reports come pre-populated with key information — giving teachers a solid first draft they can personalise with ease.

The platform includes a dedicated EYFS module, with built-in observation tools that allow teachers to record learning moments and share them with parents. Across all key stages, schools can send reports directly to parents through the platform, helping to build parental engagement and keep families informed about their child’s learning journey.

iTRACK is also built to work across multi-academy trusts (MATs), federations, and linked schools such as infant and junior schools. It enables combined data reporting under one account, allowing leaders to monitor trends, compare performance, and support school improvement at a strategic level.

With intuitive tools, powerful reporting, and full flexibility, iTRACK is a trusted, scalable solution for pupil tracking in all types of schools — from single settings to international groups.

All training is delivered live by the same consultant who supported you during the initial demonstration and sale, ensuring continuity and a personalised approach. We provide several targeted sessions tailored to specific roles within your school — for example, one for teachers on entering data, and another for senior leaders focused on reporting and analysis.

We also offer bespoke live sessions at no extra cost. Whether you need a session for governors, support staff, or a unique use case, we’re happy to adapt the training to suit your team and how you intend to use the system. We believe it's far more important that you understand the programme fully, so our approach is flexible and responsive to your needs.

Additionally, all schools have free access to a library of on-demand webinars, recordings of live sessions, detailed step-by-step instructions, and a comprehensive user manual — all available whenever you need them.

Parent Access

School must create the account.

Parents can access iTRACK through a secure online portal, giving them clear visibility of their child’s progress, attainment, school reports, and observations. What parents see is fully customisable by the school, allowing you to control which data is shared — whether that’s academic tracking, written reports, or EYFS observations. For families with more than one child at the school, siblings can be viewed conveniently within a single account. This helps strengthen home-school communication while keeping parents informed and engaged.
