Transitioning to this next-generation School MIS is made simple with the help of our dedicated transition team, it's as easy as switching from your current system to ours.
1. Project Management
You will be assigned a project manager and installer who are prepared and equipped to work remotely, and is available by email or phone throughout the process. Our project managers will arrange a meeting to discuss with you and draw up a tailored plan for your school.
2. Data Migration
IRIS Ed:gen requires no installation or hardware to set up since it is cloud-based. The IRIS Ed:gen system is ready, once all your existing data is transferred securely to the new system.
3. Training & Go Live
Interactive training sessions are provided as part of the migration. Finally, there will be an official Go Live date, usually one or two weeks after training has been completed to ensure there is time to review and sign off the data migration.
- We provide a fully interactive training sessions as part of the migration, a blend of live and on-demand sessions to ensure your teaching staff are comfortable using IRIS Ed:gen from day one.
- We host User Groups, which are open to all of our schools, in addition to our online community.
- Every IRIS Education customer has a dedicated Account Manager as a single point of contact for ongoing support.
- Our UK support team is available by telephone or email Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (this is subject to change).
