Founded by teacher and school leader, Nic Ponsford, the Global Equality Collective (GEC) is a multi-award-winning global community of over 13,000 inclusion, diversity and well-being change makers including 400 DEI subject matter experts, 'the Circle', who work together to equip, empower and educate.
