What is Flourish?
Flourish is a new-to-market online tool for quality assurance in schools and other educational establishments. It can be used for all types of monitoring, including: lesson visits, learning walks, work scrutiny, conversations with pupils, self and peer-review, and more.
The power of Flourish lies in its ability to be customised - you can set it up with frameworks and proformas you already use in school or you can choose to copy across existing forms from our ever-growing library.
Data entry is quick and easy with options to record your voice or scan in handwritten forms instead of typing and the software can be accessed on any internet-connected device.
Flourish provides ready-made reports with clear visuals, such as heat maps and interactive charts and tables, but you can also custom build your own reports for different purposes and/or stakeholders.
If you're part of a group or trust, you can easily push updates to things like frameworks if you take a united approach to quality assurance, or you can allow each school to work autonomously. Either way, you'll get a practical oversight of data from all schools and have a clear idea of the development needs of your group.

Flourish requires a stable internet connection and is compatible with modern web browsers. No additional software installation is necessary.
Flourish can be set up within two working days once we receieve your order. Once set up, we typically arrange to do a 30 minute onboarding call with you to discuss set up and help you get started. This is usually done via Teams.
We provide online training sessions via Teams (or an alternative option if you are unable to use Teams). These are done as and when you need them and are inlcuded as part of your annual licence fee.
We provide both email and phone support to our customers as part of their annual licence fee. There is also in-system guidance in Flourish (knowledge base, help icons, etc).
