Equipple is priced transparently, with no per-meeting or per-user charges. Every school pays a £200 annual platform fee plus £3 per pupil per year, with a minimum of 100 pupils — so a small rural primary pays £500, a two-form entry primary around £1,460, and an 11–18 secondary around £3,500. That covers unlimited meetings, unlimited staff accounts, in-person, phone and online formats, and integrated access to attendance, SEND, assessment data and notes.
Expert-led training is available as an optional add-on at £500 per session (UK and Ireland). Trusts, federations and school groups can agree custom multi-school pricing on a single invoice and renewal date. A free 30-day trial includes up to five staff accounts and virtual onboarding. Prices exclude VAT.
