All courses are high-quality, interactive and engaging, and they’re written in partnership with leading experts to ensure the very best and most up-to-date advice and information.

Topics are divided into clear, concise modules with video to highlight key learning points and optional narration for accessibility, and modules conclude with multiple-choice questionnaires and additional resources are provided to expand learning.

Once completed, staff can print out certificates for their completed courses, return to refresh their knowledge whenever they need to, and print PDFs of the course transcripts to keep to hand.
