Paid Subscription
Our cost structure is a flexible subscription model based on the number of pupils within an institution. Our price-per-pupil-per-year model typically
ranges from £0.93 to £5 per pupil annually, depending on the specific package and analytics toolkit chosen.
Student demographic analytics are embedded in the package and default view, central to all other insights provided. Similarly, the analytics package for
HR data analysis includes staff metrics by default. Our cost structure is designed for flexibility, offering several tiers:
1) Essentials: Any one of the analytics toolkits (e.g. Attainment Analytics, Attendance Analytics etc) as an entry point
2) Standard: This tier includes 3 core analytics, providing a robust foundation for data-driven decisions. Examples include behaviour, external
exams&staff compliance analytics.
3)Pro: Expanding on the Standard package, this offers a total of six analytics, to provide a more comprehensive view of the school's operations.
4) Premium: Our top-tier package provides the full suite of analytics, covering areas like Finance, HR, Sentiment Analysis, ensuring the schools have all the
tools needed for advanced analytics and strategic management.
Schools can choose one of these packaged options or customise their solution by purchasing additional analytics to add to their existing package. The
final price within our per-pupil range is determined by the total number of pupils, the number of analytics selected, and the length of the contract.
