What is Cubetto Kit?
Cubetto is an award-winning, Montessori-approved coding toy for teaching children aged three and up to learn to code.
Powered by a revolutionary coding language made of colourful blocks, Cubetto teaches the basics of computer programming and STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) skills to children without the use of a screen.
Children guide Cubetto through a series of maps and stories by creating sequences of instructions using the blocks placed on the control panel.
Cubetto introduces a host of programming concepts, including ‘algorithms’, ‘the queue’, ‘debugging’, and ‘recursions’.
By removing unfamiliar distractions such as screens and keyboards this allows children as young as three to write and execute their first programs, using our tangible, block-based coding language.
Cubetto has been specifically designed to be most useful for children aged 3-6, meaning we’ve paid a huge amount of attention to every last detail. From the child-friendly language in our stories, to the machine-washable maps.

Educational Impact
All that the school need is 6x AA batteries to power the playset.
Ideally all teachers involved with the trial will have seen Cubetto and read the teacher guide. Then we suggest a 1 hour onboarding call with us, where we cover Q&A, best practices and explore the content covered in the lesson plans.
