The technical capacity required is very little. Our system is intuitive so most people can pick it up themselves. We also have online help articles, in-app support and a support manager who can run online training sessions if required.
- Setup - We can remotely create a trial account for schools in less than 20 minutes and invite them to join via email.
- Equipment required - None, schools can use their existing computer and mobile devices. Our system is 100% cloud-based.
Once training starts, most schools are operational within 2-4 weeks.
Training is largely provided remotely via online video conference. We also have online help articles and in-app support.
School must create the account.
We have a family app that is integral to some of our offerings, and incredibly intuitive to use.
