What is Behaviour Smart?
Behaviour Smart is an AI-powered behaviour management and analytics platform designed for schools, specialist settings, alternative provisions and children’s homes across the UK. It provides calm, structured tools for staff to record behaviour, understand patterns over time and plan supportive responses that are aligned with safeguarding and trauma-informed practice.
The platform replaces fragmented paper systems with joined-up behaviour management software for mainstream schools, special schools and alternative provisions and children’s homes and care settings. Staff can log day-to-day behaviour, record significant incidents, and use structured post-incident learning workflows to capture what happened, what helped and what needs to change next time.

Behaviour Smart is a secure, cloud-based platform accessed through a modern web browser. Schools and care settings need a reliable internet connection and up-to-date browser on staff devices (Windows, Mac or Chromebook). An optional Post Incident Learning (PIL) app is available for iPad, designed to work alongside the main Behaviour Smart system.
Most schools and children’s homes can be set up and ready to record incidents within a few days. Once initial configuration and MIS integration are complete, staff can start using Behaviour Smart immediately, with technical support sessions (15–60 minutes) available to fine-tune dashboards and processes.
Behaviour Smart provides a blended training offer, including onsite CPD where required, live online onboarding sessions, and ongoing webinars on behaviour management, post-incident learning and safeguarding. Staff can access step-by-step video tutorials, PDF user guides and the e-Smart online learning platform at any time via the Behaviour Smart Help Centre.
Behaviour Smart offers ongoing support through a dedicated Help Centre, including FAQs, documentation, training videos and guides. Users can raise a support ticket, chat with the Behaviour Smart chatbot, or book a technical support call (15-minute quick fix, 30-minute standard call or 1-hour system setup). Phone and online support help schools keep behaviour and safeguarding records consistent, clear and inspection-ready.

Behaviour Smart is designed primarily for staff in schools, alternative provisions and children’s homes, rather than for direct parent use. Parents engage through meetings, reports and communications generated from the system, rather than having their own login.

Pricing scales by size of setting and package (Lite, Plus or Care), with options for multi-school and MAT-wide agreements. All licences include access to the Behaviour Smart Help Centre, training resources, regular updates and ongoing support. Custom quotes are provided so schools only pay for the level of functionality and number of users they actually need.
