What is Arc Maths?
Arc Maths is an app that helps pupils remember the crucial skills they need to succeed. Designed using evidence-based research into how memory works, Arc Maths uses retrieval practice to enable pupils to retain what they have previously been taught.
It is a 10-minute activity consisting of 12 questions chosen by the algorithm according to the needs of each pupil. Pupils practise any topics they get wrong and regular checks take place at increasing intervals to make sure this knowledge remains secure.

iPad Schools need an access code (available from Arc Education) and all pupils need a school email address
Pupils create their own accounts and we provide a step-by-step powerpoint guide for teachers to use with their classes if they feel it is necessary. Guidance is given to teachers on the most effective way to use the app.

Arc Maths is a subscription app. An Individual Subscription is £3.49 per month and enables you to run one account; a Family Subscription is £5.99 per month and enables you to run four accounts. A 7-day free trial is available to new subscribers. The subscription tier can be managed from within the app.
