Our online Help Center contains a wealth of articles, videos and a bot to give users access to everything they will need. Phone and email support is also provided, with the latter having an SLA of a maximum of 24 hours. We have a dedicated Customer Success team who provide ongoing guidance and proactively contact schools to ensure they are using the product to its potential.

Prices are extremely competitive for the market we are in as we recognise budget constraints that schools are often under. Annual subscriptions for small schools start at £300p.a. up to £1200p.a. for our largest schools on our permium package.
