LearnWise AI is priced on an annual per-FTE basis, ranging from $2 per FTE for a single product up to $20 per FTE for the full suite of four products: AI Campus Support, AI Student Tutor, AI Feedback & Grader, and AI Faculty Assistant. The price is all-inclusive — every LLM, hosting, and RAG cost is absorbed by LearnWise, meaning there are no token limits, no overage charges, and no monthly billing surprises. Institutions can start with one product and add others at any time, paying only the pricing delta. Every plan includes white-glove implementation, LMS and 400+ edtech tool integrations, AI governance and compliance, data insights dashboards, and all future product updates. LearnWise also offers paid institutional pilots. Institutions with 50,000+ FTE have access to a separate enterprise track with volume-adjusted pricing, a named account executive, and a dedicated solutions engineer.
